Dear Ron, Just a few line to let you know that I'm still able to be around, I suppose by now that you have began to wonder. All I can tell you at present is that I'm at sea, sure is a big lot of water. Do you remember out at campt how we said that we would never see overseas duty, well this is it Ron, you might remind the fellas that are in training now, that they hadn't better their hopes to high, just tell them what we thought and just see where we are at now. The wife wrote that you folk were down and stopped in, she sure did enjoy the visit. There is several of the fellow that we trained with on the boat with me, I don't think they will let me mention any names, but I think you know who they all are. Well Ron I suppose that by now you have got those stripe. Have you ever heard where Gates and the other NonCom's finally wound up? Will close hope this find you in the best of health.
