    Violin. The finger board could be ebony and the sides, back, and neck are maple and has had a chin rest. One of the pegs is broken off and it has a bad crack on top. The bridge is missing and has been replaced by one from a board. (Old and badly treated) Looking through an F hole can be seen a sticker "Nicolaus Amatus fecit/in Cremona 1630 (16 in ink - 30 in pencil)/ Germany"
