Cotton, with large yellow center panel, and blue panels on each side which do not extend all the way to the bottom. Bottom has blue and white fringe. Had knots in each of upper corners. Center panel has printed across top in orange "Trail Ridge Opening." Below this, printed in black, is a drawing of a cowboy on a bucking horse. Banners were hung on Elkhorn Avenue is summer for special events.
