Description |
Black and white print of a four horse team with four men plowing through drifts on Fall River Road just below the pass on east side. Snow towers on each side and shows the top of one telephone pole. Has glass and wire hanger. Frame width is 1.5 cm Marks: Lower right corner in ink "Fall River Road/ Saturday/ June 14th 25" Lower left has typed sticker "In Honor of/ George W. Johnson/ Who Helped Shovel the Snow." On back stamped "Framed by/ Matthews Gift Haven/ Estes Park, Colo." Restricted because there are two object worksheets. One shows print and frame accessioned together under 1970.020.001 and the other 1970.020.001a and 001b. |
