Description |
A device used to show centrifugal force be means of spinning different wooden shapes. The stand is a blonde varnished wood stand with top 43.3cm X 10.2cm widening to base of divided legs held by 2 dowels. On top, a turning circle with small round knob handle and a cord that runs in an outside groove to a grooved wooden peg in center of top to which is attached a cord that hangs loose with a small wooden peg. When the circle is turned, the cord spinning causes the attachment to spin. There is a case (.001a) and 6 wood parts (.001b - .001g) that go with the stand (.001) Restricted because of uncertainty of object name. |
