Description |
Black cardboard suitcase over a metal frame. Lined in a lightweight tan-figured canvas glued in. Has 2 holding straps in bottom section and 2 in lid. Has 2 closure straps with metal clasps and a lock with keyhole. The handle over the lock is gone, but the 2 end straps that held it remain. There are 8 strands of yellow yarn tied to each holding strap clasp which serve as a handle. The 8 corners are reinforced with leather. key is on a piece of leather attached to the left holding strap at top. Belonged to "Miner" Bill Currance |
