Description |
Cone shaped green paper hat with white elastic band intended to hook under wearer's jaw. Printed white design of the Town's Centennial tree ring designed logo, specially created in 2017 to celebrate the 100 year anniversary of the Town of Estes Park's incorporation. Text reads, "1917 2017 / Estes Park / 100 Yrs / Colorado" Hat was collected by Alicia Rochambeau who served as the chair of the Town Centennial Planning Committee. Through this role, she helped draft and publish applications and systems for merchants to buy the centennial logo and sell it on items as a fundraiser for improvements to the (renamed) Centennial Open Space at Knoll-Willows property. Hat was made and used on April 29, 2017 for a community birthday held at the Town's Events Complex. |
