Blue crepe - long fuller sleeve than dress, neckband ends in long ties, and there are small button back lapels. There is a band at bottom with 4 self covered buttons, with button holes. It is fitted with waist below hip and bagginess above. Bessie Bilyeu wore this along with 1986.114.287a & c as part of her wedding outfit in 1927. |
