    Bag is pouch shaped with metallic lace around entire edge. Embroidered Arabic design at band on top. Middle band is checkerboard design. Largest design at pouch end of bag is Muslim crescent and star motif with stylized leaf design at both sides of crescents. Bag same on both sides. Colors are rose, purple, green & blue combined with gold and silver metallic threads. Drawstring attached to body of bag with brass(?) rings - two on each side.

    Bag lined with white satin with white satin drawstring. Cover of bag of iridescent beads of two sizes. Pattern is made by securing strands of beads to form a diamond shape with larger beads at each point of diamond. Bottom of bag has loops of the smaller bead. Drawstring is woven through diamonds of the pattern. Inside on lining are sewn a series of smaller beads at the hem of the satin. The inside seam of lining is machine sewn.
