Camera, probably a No. 4 Panarama-Kodak. Black leather rectangle with black leather handle at top. Removable side has lens which is set in soft leather and made so that it rotates or sweeps for a panoramic shot. There is a counter that operates from a 9.843 cm diameter wheel or gear that moves when the film is wound. (The film passes between this wheel and a sprint.) The counter is numbered 0-5, so likely that roll of film took five photographs. ...
